We would like to inform you that the use of disability parking cards issued to citizens of third countries and European Union countries is not yet applicable in our country, as there is currently no intergovernmental agreement between these countries and Greece, based on a document sent to the Municipal Police Service by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, specifically by the Ministry’s Autonomous Department for Accessibility for People with Disabilities. Therefore, vehicles falling into the above categories that are parked in designated disabled parking spaces will be issued the applicable fine.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι η χρήση καρτών στάθμευσης ΑΜΕΑ πολιτών τρίτων χωρών και χωρών της Ευρωπαϊκής ένωσης, δεν έχουν ακόμη εφαρμογή στη χώρα μας , διότι δεν υπάρχει διακρατική συμφωνία μεταξύ των χωρών αυτών με την Ελλάδα σύμφωνα με έγγραφο που εστάλη στην Υπηρεσία της Δημοτικής Αστυνομίας από το Υπουργείο Υποδομών και Μεταφορών της Γενικής Γραμματείας του Υπουργείου και συγκεκριμένα από το Αυτοτελές Τμήμα Προσβασιμότητας ΑΜΕΑ. Ως εκ τούτου σε όσα οχήματα ανήκουν στις παραπάνω κατηγορίες και σταθμεύουν σε θέσεις ΑΜΕΑ θα επιβάλλεται το προβλεπόμενο πρόστιμο.
